Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Local Nail Gang is based in the Netherlands. All orders from the Netherlands will have a shipping fee of 4,95€. Orders will be shipped using PostNL, and all parcels are traceable. Orders are expected to be delivered approximately within 2 days of mailing, and will be delivered at the address you provided. If you are based in Amsterdam oe can travel to Amsterdam, you can also pick up your order and avoid the postage cost (select this option at check out).
International Shipping
International orders will have a shipping fee that is calculated at the check out. Orders will be shipped using PostNL, and all parcels are traceable. Depending on your location, orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, and will be delivered at the address you provided.
Returns
Returns on press on sets are not allowed, as each set is customized to each order. If the customer has provided the wrong sizing information, Local Nail Gang is not liable for the error and customers will have to make a new order. However, if an error has been made by Local Nail Gang on the sizing, we will create a new set and send it over without any additional costs, and customers can keep the previous set.
