policies
deposits
for ALL NEW CLIENTS a deposit of 50% is required. deposits are non-refundable in all occasions except if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment is booked.
you will be sent an email confirmation once the booking is done, if you didn't pay a deposit and don't pay it within 12 hours, your appointment will be CANCELLED.
late cancellation
you can cancel/reschedule your appointment at an time on our booking system. if you want to cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour period you will have to pay a late cancellation fee - 50% of the services booked (or we keep the deposit).
late cancellation fees are always asked except on rare occasions.
no-shows
if you no-show your appointment (don't show up and don't let us know in advance that you won't show up) we ask for a 100% no-show fee.
you WON'T be able to book a new appointment before you pay your dues.
refunds
refunds are never our first option, if by any chance something happens during your appointment that you are not entirely happy about we would rather book a repair for you.
other information
- any appointments that want to be changed last minute (less than 24H, in case you booked a wrong service) can be cancelled and considered a no-show, therefore we will charge the full amount of the services booked. read the descriptions for each service, if you are not sure what to book always reach out to us on IG @localnailgang or at +31625378850.
- any appointments that were done through IG or DM’s and we requested a deposit, the cancellation policies also apply. if any no-shows/late cancellations/wrong bookings happen, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
